Job Description / Responsibility
- Come join Moteel as part of the team that is trying to transform the online rooms market big box hotel altneratives in the Middle East and beyond. We are looking for creative geniuses to help us solve real customer problems and revolutionize the way the people find hotel alternatives and how these properties do business.
- As a Senior Business Analyst in our blazingly fast paced and high performing team, you will:
- Partner closely with Business, Product Development, Operations, and Customer Support teams to lead requirements development and improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, customer feedback, analysis and discussion of feature alternatives in order to arrive at a great user experience and customer love of our product.
- Ability to conceptualize integrated solutions (web and mobile systems) with a keen sense of good usability and design
- Ability to OWN work with minimal supervision
- Ability to research competitors features, benefits, and messaging
- Drive the definition, implementation and ongoing tracking of end to end key business performance metrics
- Design and develop metrics and ensure that data is understood and presented in a way that contributes to insights and clear communication with the business
- Develop clear articulation of business-relevant analysis from data for all levels - executive levels to granular reports
- Great communicator, team player, with a strong understanding of team work and loyalty
- Deadline driven, with the ability to work overtime when required to deliver according to other members of the team.

Additional Job Requirements
- At least 5 years relevant experience on a project team
- Ability to own and communicate the product requirements, business and technical requirements and ability to produce precise and accurate documentation around these including updates to the support portal.
- Strong business analysis skills (competitive analysis, research, creativity, usability skills, requirements development, testing, problem solving, working with business, design, development, support, and our customers)
- Deep customer empathy, and have the ability to conceive requirements and feature improvements that enable improvements to the end to end customer experience, and increase customer love of our products.
- Apply analytics and systems thinking to analyze data, identify emerging trends and turn the data into actionable information/insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including hypothesis-driven testing and root-cause analysis to understand drivers of process variations
- Able to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and with users at all levels of technical/analytical expertise
- Drive results through influence, partnership and cross functional teams
- Understand the business logic of the support systems and apply this knowledge to proactively optimize the customer experience
- Provide Training to the customer support team for new features developed
