Job Description / Responsibility
- Playing role as Team leader / Supervisor in any reputed international call-center.
- Convince people over phone to create new clients (domestic and international)
- Able to understand clients about company services why his services is better from other companies.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new opportunity.
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
- Achieving team targets.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing jobs/workorder.
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers` requirements.
- Discuss widely on clients point of view and try to ensure that your company is able to provide highest services that clients require.
- Must have to speak English with international clients over phone/Skype or any medium.
- He/ She should have good knowledge on web design, E-commerce, Software development, Graphic Design platform.

- At-least 1 year international telemarketing (US, UK, Australia, Canada) experience is must..
- English is must. Multilingual will get preferences.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software/web company, graphic house, call center in marketing/ telemarketing sector.
- Candidate should willing to work US, UK, Bangladesh local standard time shift (Roster timing)
