- Business solicitation
- Manage relationships effectively to ensure business growth
- Ensure compliance of Regulatory and company guidelines
- Analyze business and financial statements of the client and prepare credit proposals
- Coordinate with credit and other departments to ensure timely delivery of services to the clients
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management

- MBM/ MBA/ Masters Degree in Finance/ Marketing/ Management/ Accounting/ Economics from any recognized university
- Candidates having any Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GP should not apply
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience in any reputable Financial Institution
- Must be target oriented and a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must have leadership qualities
