Job Description / Responsibility

• Collect and test samples from various locations and perform daily microbiological analysis as per schedule
• Maintain ISO-22000 related requirements and accurate & up-to-date microbiological related records
• Implement required identification methods and monitor on-line microbiological status of products and machineries

B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology from reputed public university

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• 1 to 2 years experience preferably in ice-cream/milk processing industry/Frozen foods or pharmaceuticals
• Must have sufficient knowledge on ISO-22000 / HACCP/ GMP / GLP
