- MUST understand the Domestic & International Call Center & BPO market opportunities.
- NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - NEED TO ACQUIRE NEW BUSINESS. PLEASE COME PREPARED
- Must be capable to achieve monthly and other periodic targets
- Must be bold, punctual, well-disciplined and pleasant personality.
- Create business leads, fix appointments and then forward it to the reporting management.
- Contact prospects, provide information to clients with assistance from internal team.
- Provide correct and on-time market feedback to the management.
- This position requires market visit.
- This position required extensive knowledge on Linkedin, Facebook and other online social media.

- 2+ years CALL CENTER OUTSOURCING/BPO business development/marketing experience.
- Must have strong network and customer relationship management skills.
- Must be smart to create opportunities and relationship in an adverse situation.
- Must be able to understand customer/prospects pain point and identify right solution quickly.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skill with pleasant personality.
