Job Description / Responsibility
  • Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers.
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
  • Identify and implement new process plan to improve customer support service.
  • Must be able to speak and draft reports, memos, and letters in English.
  • Good communication skill in English & Bangla.
  • Must be hard working and able to work under pressure.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time information.
