Job Description / Responsibility
- Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers.
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
- Identify and implement new process plan to improve customer support service.
- Must be able to speak and draft reports, memos, and letters in English.
- Good communication skill in English & Bangla.
- Must be hard working and able to work under pressure.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time information.
