Job Description / Responsibility
- Plan, organize, guide and control activities of Marketing Department
- Formulate policies and guidelines for proper functioning of the department
- Communicate company objectives and expectations with various departments and obtain feedback for continuous improvement of quality, productivity and Business scope
- Achieve annual Budget and monitor its improvement
- Assess and recommend Lease/ Loan proposals for approval of the Management
- Customer/ client visits for Credit and Deposits booking and looking for new avenues
- Liability Marketing, setting up Credit line with Banks, Insurance companies, draw down arrangement and Pari-Passu Security Sharing agreement
- Maintain liaison with Bangladesh Bank, Security Exchange Commission, Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and other Banks and regulatory authorities
- Monitor stuck up Loan/ Lease Assets
- Explore new areas of business
- Diversify products on deposits and marketing
- Examine the scope of improving systems in the operation of the department and prepare manuals for deposits and advances/lease.
- Organize syndication and participation in syndication proposals received from others
- Take initiatives to establish long term profitable relationships with customers
- Report periodically and as necessary to the Management
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management

Educational Requirements
- MBM/ MBA/Masters Degree in Finance/ Banking/ Accounting/ Marketing/ Management/ Economics from any recognized university
- Candidates having any Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GP should not apply
Experience Requirements
- At least 12 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 12 years working experience in any reputable Bank or Financial Institution with at least 05 years in a managerial role
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Innovative skills in product development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
- Good interpersonal skills
