Job Description / Responsibility

• Supervises coordinate and participates in all activities related to accounting and controlling cost of food & beverages and general supplies used in the hotel.
• Supervises daily inventory of perishables.
• Reviews purchase orders for food beverage materials and supplies with regards to reasonableness in terms specifications prices availability etc.
• Sees to the implementation of and conducts spot checks on control procedures affecting receiving storing issuing costing portion control and forecasting as established by the hotel .
• Checks all end of the month closing procedures.
• Coordinates with food and beverage and other departments involved in matters affecting cost reduction and control and systems and procedures for control of items .
• Finalizes reviews and analyses cost reports for Manager, Accounts & Finance.
• Reports discrepancies and irregularities concerning supplies to Manager, Accounts & Finance and recommend action to be taken.
• Coordinates with food and beverage In-Charge on costing of banquets special events etc
• Performs duties related as may be assigned by Department Head.

Educational Requirements

B.Com/ M.Com/ BBA (Major in Accounting/ Finance) from a reputed University.

Experience Requirements

• 4 to 6 year(s)

• Age 28 to 35 year(s)
