Job Description / Responsibility
- Our leading program is Walk for Life (www.walkforlife.org.au)
- WFL is the largest single country clubfoot program in the world. Over 13 000 children have been enrolled in our clinics since 2009.
- We are a National Program in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
- We have five additional programs in health and education.
- We wish to engage an administrator with wide experience in NGO�s/INGOs.
- This position will be responsible to the Country Director and the Board of Directors.
- It involves day to day control of all programs covering government communication, quality, achieving budgets, data collection and motivating staff for best outcomes.
- The General Manager will be responsible for existing office staff, plus 30 clinic managers, and assistants and project managers.
- Job Location: Head Office in Banani, Dhaka
